Submission and important dates

The committee of the workshop accept online submissions    -written in English- that are closely related to the topics specified on the left.

 The abstract should not exceed 300 words and it must clearly indicate the problem, objectives, research methods, results and conclusions

 Please take note that only online submissions, will be accepted and all abstracts sent by email, fax or post will not be considered.

 Authors are also advised to proofread their abstracts because they will be reproduced from the online submission.

PS : Any error in spelling, grammar or data will appear online or on printed documents. 

 Paper submission deadline: 15 June 2018

Notification of final acceptance: 20 June 2018

Submissions should be original, previously unpublished work not currently under review by other publications. All submissions must be done electronically through a submission service to be posted later.

All Papers: 8 pages maximum (exclusive of bibliography), must be written in English and use standard IEEE two-column conference templates that can be downloaded from http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html. Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process.
